Othuvar program in Thiruvasagam illam

The monthly othuvar program which was stopped two years back  was restored  on 18th march 2018. It was decided to conduct the program once in three months .
This Sunday program  was not only a kutchery but also an award presenting program. This Sunday  Sivathiru Sargurunatha Desikar  gave a splendid performance for nearly two hours, 4.30 to 6.30 pm.
The members of  Karpagavinayagar Thiruneri Mantram , East Tambaram gave a fitting title to  this Othuvar "Thirumurai Esaikuil" for his service to Thirumurai recitation  over years. He has also sung the entire Periya Puranam, (4274 songs). (It is available in www.thevarm.org  ).
