Thevaram hymn singing by ladies and guru.
This Thiruneri Madram was formed 15 years back, by people who frequently visit the Karpagavinayagar koil in East Tambaram. The president of this Mandram is Lalkudi C Vedanarayanan. Secretary is P Natarajan (East Tambaram). Treasurer is S Santhalingam (East Tambaram). This mandram arranges Othuvar program every third Sunday. It also arranges tour to varuious temples for the devotees of this temple.

Aruthra in East Tambaram
The Aruthra abishekam was held on 1 st January 2018 around 7 pm.
The devotees gathered in the morning on 2nd January for the Aruthra dharsan at 5 am and
the Swamy was ready to go around East Tambaram at 6.30 am.
Othuvar thiru Kuthalam Subramanian along with his siyas sang Thevarm hymns following the Ananthakoothan and Sivakami ammai.
