This Thiruneri Madram was formed 15 years back, by people who frequently visit the Karpagavinayagar koil in East Tambaram. The president of this Mandram is Lalkudi C Vedanarayanan. Secretary is P Natarajan (East Tambaram). Treasurer is S Santhalingam (East Tambaram). This mandram arranges Othuvar program every third Sunday. It also arranges tour to varuious temples for the devotees of this temple.

President of Karpaga Vinayagar Thiruneri mandram went to Srilanga on a 7 days trip. He along with his wife visited the Katheechuram, Konechuram, Nagulaeswaram ,Kathirkamam and Nallur Kandaswamy temple.
