This Thiruneri Madram was formed 15 years back, by people who frequently visit the Karpagavinayagar koil in East Tambaram. The president of this Mandram is Lalkudi C Vedanarayanan. Secretary is P Natarajan (East Tambaram). Treasurer is S Santhalingam (East Tambaram). This mandram arranges Othuvar program every third Sunday. It also arranges tour to varuious temples for the devotees of this temple.

Visit to Kanchipuram
.
One of the committee member had the opportunity to visit Kanchipuram.
First visit to Kailasanathar temple. Under the control of Archeology dept. When immersed in the architecture of this Pallava temple. Pallavas first built temple in the rock by caving the rock, like Mandagapatu, Mamandur thoosi, Vallam and Mahabalipuram . Then they built temples from a single rock by carving the temple, like Pandavar radhams in Mahabalipuram. The ganesh temple in Mahabalipuram. Then they built the temple with seperate stones ,by placing one over the other, like Kailasanathar tmeple, Panaimalai temple, Mahabalipuram seashore temple. The temples visited were Kailasanthar temple, Kachi anekathangavatham,Kachi ekambam, Kumarkottam, Kamakshimamman temple and Onakanthanthali.
