On July 21 few members of the Karpagavinayagar Thiruneri Mandram had the opportunity to see a three koils near Thirukalukundram.   1.Athanaur Sivan koil    2.  Athanur Vedanarayanperumal koil                       3.  Thirukazukundram Bakthavachaleswarar koil.

A two day trip to Kongu nadu was arranged by Thiru Vedanarayanan and Thiru Jayachandran on 18 and 19 June 2014. We started by the Mangalore Exp on 17 night 10.30pm and reached Karur at about 7.15 am 18th . A short period stay was at Nagarathar Chathiram in the Sannathi st of Karur Anilai temple. After bath and breakfast we started to Venjamakoodal.

Then we proceeded to Pandikodumudi.

After lunch  we proceeded to Thiruchengodu.

Then we started to Bhavani.It was 7 pm and at 7.45 we participated in the Arthajama poossai. We tayed in a community hall in Bhavani. Next day after thanking those who arranged this stay and food we started to Avinasi. We were in Thirumuruganpoondi at 10.30 am.

Then we reached Avinasi at around 11 am.

After that we went to Thevur and finally Karur.

Our two day trip to Kongunadu was over and we have covered all the thalangal in Kongunadu.

The 100 th Tambaram Othuvar  Program was celeberated on  18 May 2014 Sunday. Program started with the Nathaswaram by TV pugaz Shanmugam group at 9 am. Follwed by Dindigul Thirunavukkarasu cutchery for more  than 90mns up to 12.30 noon. This was followed by a talk on Periyapuranam. At 1.30pm the program ended with the Maheswara pooja.
